HOW CAN I ARRANGE A FITTING?
To arrange a fitting appointment, you can contact the boutique that stocks our collection directly. They specialise in our designs and will be happy to help you make an appointment. We have listed their contact details on this page.
WHEN SHOULD I DO MY FITTING?
It's best to schedule your fitting to allow enough time for any adjustments. Our delivery time is up to 12 weeks if the styles are not in stock. Therefore, we recommend scheduling your fitting approximately 4 to 6 months before your wedding date.
By sticking to this time frame, you will have enough leeway for any alterations, such as length, if necessary. This will ensure that your dress fits perfectly and that you feel comfortable in it.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
Our delivery times for ordered items are around 2-3 months. Our styles are handmade for you with great attention to detail. We have some sizes of our styles in stock and can deliver them to the partner store promptly. The partner store can give you information about the exact delivery time.
HOW MUCH DO THE BRIDESMAID DRESSES COST?
You will receive information about the cost of our two-piece wedding dresses directly at your fitting in our partner store. They will be able to provide you with precise information. As a fashion label, we do not sell the styles directly to end customers.
ARE THERE ANY SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR CLEANING?
So that you can enjoy our OH LOVELY JULIE styles for a long time, you should follow our care instructions on the garment. The garments are best cleaned professionally at a dry cleaner. You can also wash them by hand at max. 30°C. Our items should also not be ironed, bleached or tumble dried.
WHO MAKES ALTERATIONS?
You can simply go to an alteration studio you trust or choose the partner store's co-operating tailor shop to make the desired alterations. Some partner stores also have their own in-house alteration centre.
All our designs can be easily shortened and altered.
Our maxi length skirts, in particular, usually need to be shortened. We have deliberately chosen a length of 120 cm from the waist to make it possible for tall women to wear our collection.
